Legal information
Terms of use
The rules for browsing this site and the framework for enquiries sent through the contact form.
Purpose and scope
These terms set out the rules for browsing the site, published by Nabil ABOUL FATH and identified in the Legal notice. The site is intended primarily for hospitality and tourism professionals: owners, operators, investors, developers and management or operating teams.
They govern browsing. Services are governed separately by the accepted proposal and contract.
Services available
The site presents hOvance’s areas of expertise, the AHEAD method, engagement formats, hOvance Academy training and content or links relating to Moroccan Hospitality Watch. It allows you to get in touch to describe a need.
No purchase, payment or firm commitment is made through the form. Sending it only confirms that an enquiry has been transmitted; every engagement requires a separate agreement on scope, terms and financial conditions.
Access and availability
Browsing is free of charge, excluding connection and equipment costs. The publisher endeavours to keep the site accessible and may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, updates or security; continuous availability and the absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.
A malfunction can be reported to nabil@hovance.fr, which is also an alternative way to get in touch if the form is unavailable.
Permitted use
The user complies with applicable laws and third-party rights, and ensures they are authorised to communicate the information transmitted. The publisher may take proportionate measures against abusive use, without that relieving it of its own legal obligations.
- Do not impersonate anyone or transmit unlawful or malicious content.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the operation of the site.
- Do not send any personal data of clients, employees or partners through the form.
Scope of the information
The content provides general information and does not replace a tailored diagnosis. The presentation of hOvance’s engagements constitutes no commitment to reach a given level of performance; examples and indicators guarantee no future result.
The nature and extent of the obligations — work, deliverables and timelines — are defined in the contract specific to each engagement.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, presentations and materials on the site are protected where they meet the legal conditions and belong to their respective holders or are used with the necessary authorisations.
Browsing and the copies necessary for normal consultation are permitted. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution beyond legal exceptions requires the prior agreement of the rights holder; short quotations remain possible with the author and source indicated.
Presenting the AHEAD method confers no exclusivity over the ideas or principles it draws on, nor the right to use hOvance’s distinctive signs to market one’s own services. Rights of use over deliverables are specified in the corresponding contract.
The form and confidentiality of exchanges
Enquiries received are handled confidentially and accessible only to authorised persons and providers. The form is intended for a first exchange: before sending detailed operating data, contact the publisher to agree on the arrangements and, if necessary, a confidentiality agreement.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. Reading these terms or sending a message constitutes neither consent to optional trackers nor subscription to any commercial communication.
External links and MHW
MHW is an editorial initiative carried personally by Nabil ABOUL FATH, with no separate legal entity.
Links to MHW or LinkedIn lead to their own spaces and their own privacy information.
Liability
The publisher is liable for damage attributable to it under applicable law. These terms neither exclude nor limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The user remains responsible for the use made of the general information published and for protecting their own equipment.
Changes and disputes
These terms may change as the site evolves; their update date appears at the top of the page. A change does not retroactively alter a contract concluded separately.
French law applies, subject to mandatory provisions. For any difficulty, write to nabil@hovance.fr to seek an amicable solution, without that step conditioning the right to bring proceedings.
